Pinnacol ServiceLink is a Web-based tool that allows your policyholders to complete business-related workers' compensation tasks online, including:

• Order a certificate of insurance - Policyholders will need their policy number, Federal Employee Identification Number (FEIN), and policy period effective date.
• File a first report of injury - Filing only takes a few minutes, and policyholders will receive their claim number immediately.
• Finish an incomplete, previously entered first report of injury - Policyholders will need to enter their policy number, Social Security number, and date of injury.
• Complete an audit report.
• Complete an arrears payroll report.
• Pay financial transactions related to their policy through electronic funds transfer (EFT) - To complete payments online, policyholders will need their policy number and Federal Employee Identification Number (FEIN) or an owner's Social Security number.
• Search for a SelectNet provider by distance and zip code.
