Online With Pinnacol ServiceLink
Pinnacol
ServiceLink is a Web-based tool that allows you to complete
business-related workers' compensation tasks online without a password, including:
- Apply
for insurance - A confirmation number will
be provided when you submit an online application. Pending
approval, a quote will be sent to you within three to five
business days of your submission.
- Order
a certificate of insurance - You will need
your policy number, Federal Employee Identification Number
(FEIN), and policy period effective date.
- File
a first report of injury - Filing only takes
a few minutes, and you will receive a claim number immediately.
- Finish
an incomplete, previously entered first report of injury
- You will need to enter your policy number, Social Security
number, and date of injury.
- Search
for a SelectNet provider by
distance and zip code.
- Complete
your audit report - You will need your policy
number and report identification number from the top right-hand
corner of the audit report.
- Complete
your arrears payroll report - You will need
your policy number and report identification number from
the top right-hand corner of the audit report.
- Pay
financial transactions relating to your policy through electronic
funds transfer (EFT) - To complete payments online, you will need your
policy number and Federal Employee Identification Number
(FEIN) or an owner's Social Security number.
- Submit claim wage information - You will need your policy number and claim number.
- Request a Certificate of Insurance - You will need your policy number, FEIN, and policy period effective date.
