2010 Legislative Recap
The 2010 legislative session began with the introduction of seven bills from the Pinnacol interim committee. As the weeks proceeded, several of the bills Pinnacol had identified as most onerous were defeated and others were significantly amended.
Below is a recap of all the bills, along with a brief description of their business impact. Senate Bills 011, 163 and 187 have changed the way workers' compensation claims are handled in notable ways.
