Separation Transaction
Pinnacol Assurance submitted a potential separation agreement in early 2010 to Colorado Governor Bill Ritter. The agreement would establish Pinnacol as a domestic mutual insurance company owned by its policyholders and committed to covering the residual market and to providing competitive and stable workers’ compensation coverage in Colorado.
