2011 SelectNet Provider Satisfaction Survey Results

Pinnacol has completed its 2011 Provider Satisfaction Survey and compiled the results. Thank you to all the providers who responded to the survey. We are committed to achieving a high level of satisfaction with our SelectNet participants, and your feedback helps us set priorities and evaluate areas in which improvement is needed.
A link to the online survey was emailed to SelectNet primary care providers and specialists throughout the state at the beginning of September and we received 95 responses. Below are some highlights of the survey results; the answers were on a scale of “1” (poor) to “10” (excellent):
Providers’ overall satisfaction with Pinnacol: 8.14
Overall level of service providers received from claims staff: 7.98
Overall level of service providers received from nursing staff: 8.15
Overall level of service providers received from medical bill payment staff: 8.28
Overall level of service providers received from provider relations staff: 8.36
