Claims Information Available Online for Injured Workers

Accessing their information is simple. Injured workers can visit Pinnacol.com, select the “View Your Claim” option located under the Employee heading, and then enter a few key pieces of information to create a login.

Injured workers will have real-time access to:

• Benefit payment history, including check information and the scheduled mailing date of their next check
• Medical bills that have been processed on their claim (limited to date of service, provider name and amount paid)
• Most medical records that pertain to their claim
• Correspondence that has been issued to them by Pinnacol
• Name and contact information of their claims representative
• Quick answers to frequently asked questions regarding workers’ compensation and the claims process
