Pinnacol Assurance distributed the 2011 SelectNet Provider Survey by e-mail on Sept. 7, 2011. We want to remind all of our providers to send us your valuable feedback as soon as possible. You can access this online survey through a link embedded within the body of the email which was distributed to primary care and specialist providers throughout the network. The survey will close on Sept. 30, 2011.
In this survey, providers have the opportunity to rate Pinnacol as a whole, as well as our claims staff, nursing staff, medical payments staff, provider relations specialists and communications vehicles such as the Provider Pulse online and the SelectNet website. By completing this survey, you can help Pinnacol find ways to improve our customer service and strengthen our partnerships with medical providers.
