The Colorado Division of Workers' Compensation (DOWC) recently announced a new Division Independent Medical Examination (DIME) Summary Sheet.
The new document, identified by the DOWC as form number 132, now includes a certificate of mailing section to assist parties involved in the claim to identify the start of a 30-day timeframe in which certain time-sensitive decisions must be made.
