Pinnacol Discontinues Third Party Admin Services

Earlier this year, Pinnacol made the decision to discontinue third party administration (TPA) services. This decision was made because TPA services are driven by manual processes that have been challenging to integrate into Pinnacol’s customary business practices.
Effective July 1, 2011, Broadspire replaced Pinnacol Assurance as the third party workers’ compensation claims administrator for employees of the state of Colorado and for employees of the Northern Colorado School District (NOCO). Employees of the state of Colorado and NOCO should direct all records and bills to Broadspire, regardless of the date of injury, effective July 1. Specific contact information is provided below.
