Pinnacol Online Resources for SelectNet Providers

Need claim or billing information after regular business hours? Using your Pinnacol Online username and password, you can log in from the top right corner of Pinnacol.com any time.

Once logged in, you will find the Main Menu, which has updated information bulletins, a link to the latest Provider Pulse newsletter and links to all the Pinnacol Online features. Other links include:

• Billing Payment Information, including a Bill Payment Report, weekly EDI rejects, Electronic Payment and Statements login and other helpful billing information
• Access to the SelectNet Directory to find referral sources and view Clinic Performance Initiative (CPI) results

The Main Menu options include My Contract, SelectNet Manual, Forms, Training, Online Services, Pinnacol Contacts and Other. Here’s a quick description of each option:

• My Contract – View and update your contract contacts, addresses and physicians we have on file for your contract.
• SelectNet Manual – View/print/save the latest SelectNet Provider Manual, which contains valuable information about treating Pinnacol injured workers.
• Forms – Find/print/save case management, clinic operation and Division of Workers’ Compensation required forms.
• Training – Access information about updated training sessions here.
• Online Services – Choose a vendor associated with your contract and find specific information regarding claims, policies, and bills.

-- Claim Search – Pull claim information by entering two pieces of information about the injured worker (claim number, date of injury, policy number, social security number, date of birth or injured worker last name).
-- Policy Search – Enter a Pinnacol policy number or policy name to find a policy.
-- Employee Search – Look for a Pinnacol employee’s contact information.
-- Bill Search - Find the status of a bill using the claim number, bill number or injured worker social security number; be sure to have the date of service.
-- Reports – Primary care providers can find four different reports showing policyholder designations.

• Pinnacol Contacts – Find the contact information for your provider relations specialist, other medical operations team staff or claims management staff.
• Other – Find links to other resources like the Department of Labor, Treatment Guidelines, and more.

In addition to general access, primary care providers and some specialists have special access to review CPI data. If you don’t have or know your username or password, contact your provider relations specialist.
