Did you know that as a SelectNet provider, you have a variety of resources at your fingertips? One of the benefits of being a SelectNet provider is the ease of doing business with Pinnacol. Pinnacol Online gives you that ease of access with a click of a mouse.
Need claim or billing information after regular business hours? Using your Pinnacol Online username and password, you can log in from the top right corner of Pinnacol.com any time.
Once logged in, you will find the Main Menu, which has updated information bulletins, a link to the latest Provider Pulse newsletter and links to all the Pinnacol Online features. Other links include:

- Billing Payment Information, including a Bill Payment Report, weekly EDI rejects, Electronic Payment and Statements login and other helpful billing information
- Access to the SelectNet Directory to find referral sources and view Clinic Performance Initiative (CPI) results
- My Contract – View and update your contract contacts, addresses and physicians we have on file for your contract.
- SelectNet Manual – View/print/save the latest SelectNet Provider Manual, which contains valuable information about treating Pinnacol injured workers.
- Forms – Find/print/save case management, clinic operation and Division of Workers’ Compensation required forms.
- Training – Access information about updated training sessions here.
- Online Services – Choose a vendor associated with your contract and find specific information regarding claims, policies, and bills.
- Pinnacol Contacts – Find the contact information for your provider relations specialist, other medical operations team staff or claims management staff.
- Other – Find links to other resources like the Department of Labor, Treatment Guidelines, and more.
