How to Submit Your Bills
First-Time Submission
If you're billing us for the first time, please complete a W-9 form and fax it to 303.361.5945.
Electronic Submission
Billing electronically is the fastest and most convenient way to submit bills to Pinnacol. For your convenience, we work with three electronic data interchange (EDI) clearinghouses to receive electronic bills. Here is the form and information you need to get started:

Providers must bill Pinnacol in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth in the Colorado workers' compensation utilization standards (Rule 16) and fee schedule (Rule 18). You can review these rules at the Division of Workers’ Compensation Web site.
Pinnacol Assurance pays medical providers in accordance with the fixed fee schedule set forth by the Colorado Department of Workers’ Compensation (DOWC). Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the State’s fees.
