2017 annual report highlights Pinnacol’s financial strength and customer focus

Pinnacol had much to celebrate in 2017. You can read all about our accomplishments in our latest annual report. As you know, from top to bottom, Pinnacol is focused on measuring its results with customers. Our strong financials and improved satisfaction scores are a testament to this focus. For the third year in a row, we reduced rates and paid dividends. And in response to our customers’ evolving needs, we:

  • increased online portal functionality for policyholders, injured workers and medical providers
  • implemented direct deposit for injured workers
  • launched Cake, a new online platform for small business customers to get a quote, and purchase and manage a policy
