In January, Pinnacol announced we now accept e-signatures on our policy documents as a way to increase efficiency and convenience for you — our agent partners — and for our mutual customers. We accept e-signatures on most policy documents except for the independent contractor form and promissory notes.
Recently, we have made two additional changes to our e-signature function that are designed to make using this technology easier for agents. The changes are:
- You can now resend e-signed documents from the Esign Status Report in the Agent Quote system. Just click the resend link, and the system will tell you when the document is successfully resent.
- You can change your email address in Esign Status. To make the change, simply click on the Change Email link. The system will let you know when it has saved the new email address.
