As you know, Pinnacol has been implementing new features and enhancements in the Agent Portal as part of our commitment to improving the digital experience for our agent partners. The new features and functionality we added will allow us to retire our legacy agent system (Pinnacol Online) soon.
This list includes what’s new in the portal. Now you can:
- Search for policy and claims information.
- Run policy reports (the same policy reports with a cleaner look and feel).
- Run HTML-based agent reports, including:
- Policy Invoice List
- Pending Cancellation Activity List
- Policy Pre-renewal List
- Policy List
- Request an Endorsement.
- Employer Liability Limits
- Alternate Employer
- Blanket Waiver
- Make an online payment on behalf of your customers.
- Access the Policy Declaration/Information page for the renewal period. (This is the same functionality that was in our legacy system.) To access the declaration page, select the renewal policy period from the drop-down menu on the left side of the screen.
- Access helpful resources, including rate information, the Agency Manual, forms and training resources.
