We're looking for Associate Underwriters to write and review workers’ compensation insurance policies; analyze and resolve policy problems. Utilize underwriting expertise, customer relations and business operations skills to promote Company retention, finance and new business objectives.  The ideal candidate has one or more years’ experience in commercial or personal underwriting or underwriting assistant experience.

Business Intelligence Programmer

We're looking for a Business Intelligence Programmer to create and maintain data structures for use in our reporting systems; create and maintain the data streams to populate these data structures and reports.The ideal candidate has 3 or more years in programming. Expert SQL and PLSQL knowledge required. Advanced programming and database skills are required. Strong knowledge of data warehouse design techniques required. Strong problem solving abilities required.  Ability to learn new technical skills required. 

Medical Operations Quality Manager

We're looking for a Medical Operations Quality Manager to provide direct management of high-performance team responsible for overall quality of medical payment services functions to support Company’s goal of becoming Colorado’s recognized customer insight leader.  The ideal candidate has 8 or more years of experience in healthcare, insurance, or worker's compensation.  Minimum two years of formal leadership experience, strongly preferred.  

Safety Consultant - Western Slope/Grand Junction

We're looking for a Safety Consultant to evaluate policyholder risk and document exposure for underwriting purposes. Will assist policyholders, safety groups, and agents with the development and continued implementation of specific written risk management programs to reduce policyholder frequency and severity of losses. The ideal candidate has three or more years health and safety experience or some experience in an internship/co-op program. Should also have familiarity with OSHA regulations and recognized health and safety standards. A Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred; preferably in Health and Safety or related field. Can work remotely but must be located in the Western Slope for extensive field activities (up to 80% of time). Must possess valid Colorado driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance for travel via personal automobile.

Senior Medical Director

We're looking for a Senior Medical Director to collaborate with Operations Leadership to develop and maintain quality and medical management strategies and network programs. Will be responsible for implementation and evaluation of clinical programs, including but not limited to, value-based programs and incentives, care outcomes, utilization management and program integrity.  The ideal candidate has five or more years of clinical experience with at least two years in a supervisor or Medical Director position, which includes experience in administration of insurance and/or managed care programs.

Software Developer

We're looking for a Software Developer to leverage their software development experience to design and implement responsive web applications using Angular 2.0. This role will utilize proven development experience to develop innovation solutions to technical problems ensuring the delivery of quality software on time in a highly collaborative and people first culture. The ideal candidate has experience developing responsive web applications using Angular, Strong knowledge and experience in design, development and implementation of standards and best practices for software development.

We're looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect to leverage their Salesforce expertise to implement and define the vision, capabilities and roadmap for an innovative new digital platform. You will be responsible for the administration and development of our Salesforce operations ensuring our product meets the needs of all stakeholders.  Operate as a key contributor on a team of dedicated professionals toward a common product vision. The ideal candidate has five or more years’ experience working on the Salesforce platform. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer\Configurator.  Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred. Relevant work experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree.  Must be flexible, innovative, and have ability to perform in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
