Safety Consultant - Western Slope/Grand Junction
We're looking for a Safety Consultant to evaluate policyholder risk and document exposure for underwriting purposes. Will assist policyholders, safety groups, and agents with the development and continued implementation of specific written risk management programs to reduce policyholder frequency and severity of losses. The ideal candidate has three or more years health and safety experience or some experience in an internship/co-op program. Should also have familiarity with OSHA regulations and recognized health and safety standards. A Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred; preferably in Health and Safety or related field. Can work remotely but must be located in the Western Slope for extensive field activities (up to 80% of time). Must possess valid Colorado driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance for travel via personal automobile.

We're looking for a Senior Medical Director to collaborate with Operations Leadership to develop and maintain quality and medical management strategies and network programs. Will be responsible for implementation and evaluation of clinical programs, including but not limited to, value-based programs and incentives, care outcomes, utilization management and program integrity. The ideal candidate has five or more years of clinical experience with at least two years in a supervisor or Medical Director position, which includes experience in administration of insurance and/or managed care programs.
