Agency Relationship Manager

We're looking for an Agency Relationship Manager to manage the relationship, communication methods, education/training and performance metrics (production/sales, loss ratio, growth, and combined ratio goals) for assigned agents and safety groups.Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred. Relevant work experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree. Three years or related underwriting/marketing experience required. CPCU, CIC or other insurance certifications a plus. Knowledge underwriting procedures, NCCI underwriting manual, regulations and law for workers’ compensation insurance in Colorado preferred. Must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft applications. Must have strong time management skills, verbal, written, interpersonal and customer service skills and be capable of handling multiple assignments and priorities.

Audit Specialist

Pinnacol Assurance is looking for an Audit Specialist provide expert technical support concerning the policies, procedures and best practices for the completion of all types of audits to ensure appropriate premium collection. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred. Relevant work experience (similar kind of work at a similar level of work as described in the essential duties) may be substituted for the bachelor's degree. Five years of workers’ compensation or insurance auditing experience required. Lean process management experience a plus.

Front-End Developer

We’re looking for a Sr. Front-End Developer to design, implement and deliver REST based web services using AngularJS. This role will utilize proven development experience to develop innovation solutions to technical problems ensuring the delivery of quality software on time in a highly collaborative and people first culture. The ideal candidate has six or more years of experience in software development with Javascript and multiple years with AngularJS. Experience with Angular2 a plus.

Medical Case Management Director

We’re looking for a Medical Case Management Director to work collaboratively with Operations Leadership to develop and maintain quality and improve medical case management strategies.  Responsible for evaluation and implementation of case management best practices, standard work, improvement of medical outcomes and metric development. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business administration, nursing or related field required.  A valid nurse license is preferred.  Five years' experience in formal leadership required. Five years' hospital or clinic based nursing experience preferred.  Experience in insurance or related field is preferred but not required. 

Payroll Coordinator

We’re looking for a Payroll Coordinator to coordinates accurate and timely processing of semimonthly payroll data. and ensures compliance with payroll laws and regulations. Utilizes strong communication skills to effectively navigate interactions with employees and managers at all levels of the organization. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Relevant work experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree. 1-2 years related experience in Payroll strongly preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong attention to detail is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite and ability to use Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point required. Should be comfortable with computer applications in general.

Product Manager

Gain a deep understanding of future customers and represent them in the design and development process, ensuring that product features and capabilities meet, and exceed their expectations. Operate as the key link between the technology, user experience and business operations to ensure that the team is driving toward a common product vision.  The Ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in managing product development in an agile environment.

Return to Work Consultant

Pinnacol Assurance is looking for a Return to Work Consultant to provide expert customer service to internal and external stakeholders which results in expeditiously returning injured workers back to work. Masters’ Degree in vocational rehabilitation or occupational therapy required. Relevant work experience (similar kind of work at a similar level of work as described in the essential duties) may be substituted for the master’s degree. Minimum five years’ experience in job placement and vocational development, counseling and/or therapy experience in clinic and or in home setting. Strongly prefer CRC (certified rehabilitation counselor), CCM (certified case manager), CDMS (certified disability management specialist) or CEAS I, II, III (Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist) certification. Extensive telephone and computer work in office environment including extensive field activities which will require travel via personal automobile within the state. Must possess valid Colorado driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance. Will have a varied working environment – mines, construction sites, factories, etc. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Senior Medical Director

We’re looking for a Senior Medical Director to work collaboratively with Operations Leadership to develop and maintain quality and medical management strategies and network programs. Will be responsible for implementation and evaluation of clinical programs, including but not limited to, value-based programs and incentives, care outcomes, utilization management and program integrity. The ideal candidate has a comprehensive knowledge of managed care processes and systems, thorough knowledge of Workers’ Compensation laws, industry regulations, licensing and accreditation issues, current unrestricted Colorado Board of Medical Examiners License (MD or DO), current State of Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation Level I or II Physician Accreditation, and a minimum of five years of clinical experience with at least two years in a supervisor or Medical Director position, which includes experience in administration of insurance and/or managed care programs.
