Billing electronically is the fastest and most convenient way to submit bills to Pinnacol. For your convenience, Pinnacol partners with two electronic data interchange (EDI) clearinghouses to receive electronic bills.

To submit a bill by mail, send it to: Medical Payments Team, Pinnacol Assurance, P.O. Box 469013, Denver, CO 80246-9013.
Providers must bill Pinnacol in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth in the Colorado workers' compensation utilization standards (Rule 16) and fee schedule (Rule 18). You can review these rules at the Division of Workers' Compensation website.
Pinnacol Assurance pays medical providers in accordance with the fixed fee schedule set forth by the Colorado Division of Workers' Compensation (DOWC). Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the DOWC's fees.
