With more than 20 years of network experience, Apricus is committed to giving market-leading solutions and unmatched service. We provide a single point of contact for all ancillary needs, including fulfillment. Each referral is assigned to a dedicated carecoordinator for hands-on management from beginning to end, so no necessary treatment fallsthrough the cracks.

Evolving from historic DMEplus and Priority Care Solutions, now backed by the power of Enlyte, the Apricus team creates customized processes to meet each client's specific needs. As a one-stop shop for all DME equipment and services, our program removes administrative burdens and streamlines in-network care for injured workers.

Apricus’ organically developed network of facilities includes 10,593 DME providers nationwide, who can drop-ship standard items to injured workers. Our relationship with Triton also addresses rural or underdeveloped areas with limited coverage. We have carefully curated our national network to encompass the full spectrum of specialized solutions. Our team performs rigorous network evaluation and grading to ensure our clients work only with the best providers.

Our organic network also includes 8,547 distribution locations nationwide, offering a range of products.

Our DME services offer reliable and safe delivery of any type of medical equipment, electrotherapy products, and medical supplies injured workers might need.

What could another provider expect if they made a referral to Apricus?

A referral to Apricus connects you with a knowledgeable, dedicated representative who serves as your single point of contact from intake to payment. All orders are confirmed and tracked internally. All order documentation and data are entered into our systems for convenient access, security, and maintenance. We reliably manage all stages of each order; your Apricus representative will obtain the necessary information to identify the equipment/service and contact a network provider to complete the referral.

Once a delivery date for the requested equipment/services is received, we notify the appropriate parties. The scheduler will email the referral source upon receipt of the assignment with the scheduler’s name and direct phone number. An email with a status update will also be issued once the delivery date is known. The scheduler will phone and email status updates until all services are scheduled. After services are confirmed as delivered and completed, a final email will be sent.
