New! Monthly newsletter format, sales-focused content

Last fall, we asked agents how we could make our communications more valuable, including the Partners newsletter. We received great feedback, and we’re busy implementing it.

One change we’ve already made — Partners is now a monthly newsletter. We’ll also be delivering more sales-focused content, including our best-in-class customer service and our claims and safety services differentiators.

The newsletter will provide updates about:

  • Inside information on Pinnacol, including operational changes, product offerings and recent wins.
  • Changes to laws in Colorado and workers’ compensation legislation.
  • Customer insights and sales resources.
  • Tips for explaining more complex topics like rates, e-mods, and pricing to your customers.
