‍Complete a survey for a chance to win a gift card 

Pinnacol’s provider network management team is offering an incentive for anyone who completes a customer satisfaction survey. Every individual who completes an emailed survey is entered automatically into a drawing to receive a $25 Tango card. Recipients can convert the Tango card into a gift card to any of the 1,000+ vendors in Tango’s catalog. The gift card is delivered electronically. Pinnacol will draw quarterly and notify the winners via email.

‍Change Healthcare cyberattack: What to know

Change Healthcare experienced system outages due to a cyberattack on Feb. 21. As a countermeasure, Change Healthcare has disconnected several of its services, resulting in Pinnacol not receiving their bills currently. 

While Change Healthcare works to address the issue and bring its systems back online, you can: 

• Hold your bills until Change Healthcare gives a notification to submit them again.
• Switch to one of Pinnacol’s preferred clearinghouses to submit your bills.

‍Please don’t change your bill submissions to paper. Pinnacol is currently experiencing a backlog in processing bills. Mailing or faxing your bills will significantly extend the processing time.

Pinnacol will waive timely filing for bills impacted by Change Healthcare’s cyberattack.
