Home Loan Insurance has been serving the Grand Valley since 1897. Samuel McMullen filed the certificate of incorporation for Home Loan & Investment Company with the Colorado Secretary of State on December 22, 1897 which marked the beginning of a rich tradition of local financial services in the Grand Junction area. First located in the Canon Block on Fourth and Main with just three employees, Home Loan has moved and grown with our pioneer town through the years.
