Denver — July 25, 2022 — Pinnacol Assurance, Colorado’s leading workers’ compensation insurer, welcomes Celia Dietrich to its board of directors upon her appointment by Gov. Jared Polis. Her appointment is contingent upon approval by the Colorado Senate once the General Assembly reconvenes in 2023.

Dietrich will serve in the seat designated for an individual experienced in finance or investments whose workers’ compensation liability is not covered by Pinnacol. She takes over the seat from Barbara Mellman Davis, who has retired.

An inactive State of Colorado CPA (in good standing), Dietrich is the founder of Dietrich Partners, a business consulting firm providing expertise in merger and acquisition integration, complex program delivery and operational performance improvement. For more than 25 years, she served in geographic and service line leadership roles with global consulting firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers and RGP. In addition to her Pinnacol appointment, Dietrich serves on the Colorado Judicial Institute Board, the advisory boards of Vectra Bank Colorado and Johnson Financial/JFG Wealth Management Group and is a Founding Donor and Committee Member for the United for Families Program (through the Mile High United Way). Dietrich is actively involved with Colorado Concern, the Downtown Denver Partnership and the Colorado Technology Association.

“We’re very pleased to welcome Celia to Pinnacol’s board of directors,” said Joseph A. Hoff, board chair. “Her deep expertise in finance and business consulting will be a tremendous asset as Pinnacol continues to evolve in a rapidly changing business climate.”
