DENVER — April 18, 2022 — Pinnacol Assurance has been awarded a 2022 Top Workplaces honor by The Denver Post. This is the sixth consecutive year Pinnacol has received the award.
The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, connection, leadership and performance.
Pinnacol has operated in Colorado for more than 105 years and employs approximately 650 employees. It is well known for its employee-focused culture, community support, mission-driven approach, commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and innovative youth apprenticeship program.
