Andi Rugg

Andi Rugg joined Pinnacol's board of directors in 2021.

Rugg is the principal and owner of PI Practices, an advisory services firm with a principled, intentional approach to business and philanthropic challenges.

Previously, as general manager of the Energize Colorado PPE marketplace, she oversaw operations to supply personal protective equipment to Colorado organizations using a cost-neutral model during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rugg currently serves on the boards of directors of the Denver Public Library Friends Foundation and the Pinnacol Foundation. She also recently served on the board of directors of PBS12 and Collins Bard Inc., an early-stage company building a proprietary product in the alternative and clean energy space. Additionally, she has served on the board of directors of the Queens County Farm Museum and managed the OPEN Digital advisory board while at American Express. 

Rugg earned a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
