Tim Johnson is the driving force behind Pinnacol Assurance’s people-centered revolution. Serving as chief human resources officer and a member of the Pinnacol Foundation board, he brings decades of experience as a human resources C-suite leader, earning recognition for his accomplishments. Johnson has held senior leadership roles across various global industries, including PepsiCo and Dell, Inc. In these capacities, he crafted strategies and programs to enhance company culture, elevate employee engagement, foster development and improve business outcomes. Johnson boasts a consistent track record of culture transformation and enhanced business results in every capacity. His expertise spans change management, organizational design, succession planning, talent development and compensation strategy.
