Mark Roellig

Mark Roellig joined Pinnacol’s board of directors in 2024.

Roellig is a retired executive vice president of various administrative teams reporting to the CEO at four Fortune 500 companies. He served as general counsel and secretary to Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. (MassMutual), Fisher Scientific International Inc., Storage Technology Corp. (StorageTek) and US WEST Inc. He was also the chief technology officer at MassMutual.

He currently provides advice and consulting to executives and general counsel on how to effectively and efficiently lead corporate departments, including through expanded AI implementation.

Roellig has published, taught and mentored on topics relating to leadership and the value of diversity and inclusion. He has also been an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado School of Law. He received his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Michigan, his law degree from George Washington University and his MBA from the University of Washington.
