Brand Approval Process

The brand style guide makes it easy to be sure your work is looking, feeling, and sounding like Pinnacol. However, we are here for guidance and can answer questions sent to askbrand@pinnacol.com.

A good brand is built over time with a clear strategy, identity, and consistency. Brand consistency is critical to successfully generating trust and managing perceptions of our customers. Consistency is invariable. Customers must feel safe in their decision to choose us over a competitor and the only way to feel safe in that decision is to know that they will get the same product/service every single time.

Our brand approval process is a way to reinforce consistency and ensure we maintain the Pinnacol identity and voice in all touch points, both internally and externally. Below is an overview of the process.

We appreciate your understanding!
