Spanish Communication Guidelines

To best serve our Spanish-preferred policyholders, agent partners, injured workers and community partners, we aim to:

  • Provide clear, accurate, and culturally relevant information in Spanish.
  • Offer convenient access to Spanish-language resources and services, ensuring equitable support for all.

By prioritizing clear, empathetic and culturally sensitive communication in Spanish, we strengthen our relationships and empower our Spanish-speaking stakeholders to confidently navigate their workers’ compensation insurance journey with Pinnacol.

Pinnacol’s Spanish resources:

Pinnacol offers a wide range of resources and services in Spanish, including a dedicated bilingual claims team, a Spanish interpretation and translation team with a dedicated phone line, and a Spanish-language injured worker portal. 

We also provide access to Spanish forms and documents, as well as safety and training resources. Additionally, we recently launched our Spanish Facebook page which helps us connect with and support our Spanish-speaking community.
